Method:

1. Mix flour, salt, caster sugar & chocolate chips into a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl melt butter then add milk, and egg, and beat to combine.

3. Mash & measure the bananas and add to liquid ingredients.

4. Tip liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Fold carefully. DO NOT OVERMIX!

5. Carefully spoon muffin batter into prepared muffin tins ( lined with paper muffin cases)

6. Bake at 220°c for 12-15 mins, testing to check if the muffin is cooked. Cool for 2-3 mins before removing from pans.

How they went:
They went really well it was for a challenge every group had to do there muffin differently 1 group done normal muffins my group (Me, Ibrahim, William) we did no egg but powdered eggs and 3 more groups done other things ours ended up being the best.

  1. Hi Jacob. Good to see you including the recipe and method and the fact that your group substituted the egg with egg replacer. Two things are missing from your blog - photos taken during the preparation and the end product and comments about the taste, texture, smell and appearance. These would have improved your blog.
