Hey, guys, 23/6/20 we made blueberry lemon crust muffins and I will talk about how they went.
My blueberry muffins looked like purple/blue in color they were also smooth on the top and you could see the blueberries on top they smelt as if they just came out of the oven and it smelt like lemon.
The blueberry muffins tasted like lemon on the outside and when u bite the blueberries it tasted like blueberries.
The texture of the muffins felt as if they would melt in your mouth.
I would change the amount of sugar we put in because it was to sugary
Hi Jacob. Good as far as you have gone. You needed the recipe, some photos and comments on why your muffins were purple instead of whiteish with blue berries. Did you mix them too much or had the blueberries defrosted? I am glad they tasted good and I like the way you compare the outside taste with the inside. How much sugar did you use? Was it accurately measured??
